Cancellation & Refund Policy

Organiser Definition
For the purposes of this Cancellation & Refund Policy, “Organisers”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” shall mean The Fourth Wall LLP, the legal entity responsible for organising and managing the event titled Rangeela Bihar.

All references to event decisions, cancellations, refunds, or communications shall be deemed actions taken by The Fourth Wall LLP.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all ticket purchases made for Rangeela Bihar through our official ticketing platform www.rangeelaevents.com. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

1. No Refund Policy (Standard Rule)

All tickets purchased for Rangeela Bihar are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• Change of personal plans
• Inability to attend the event
• Late arrival or early exit
• Change of mind after purchase
• Travel, accommodation, or personal expenses
• Partial attendance or unused tickets

2. Event Cancellation (Refund Applicable)

A full refund will be initiated only if the event is officially cancelled by the organisers due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities
• Government orders or restrictions
• Public safety concerns
• Artist unavailability
• Any unforeseen situation beyond the organisers’ reasonable control

• Refunds will be processed only for ticket holders
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• No alternative mode of refund will be entertained

3. Event Postponement (No Automatic Refund)

• All tickets remain valid for the revised date
• Refunds will not be automatic
• Any refund process will be announced separately

Refund requests outside the officially announced process and timeline will not be accepted.

4. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Government directives or restrictions
• Public safety threats
• Acts of God or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined solely by the organisers and communicated through official channels.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Details communicated within 5–7 business days
• Credit timelines depend on banks or payment providers
• No responsibility for third-party delays

6. No Partial or Conditional Refunds

• No partial refunds under any circumstances
• No refunds for artist preferences, crowd, weather, or dissatisfaction

7. Final Authority

The decision of the organisers regarding event cancellation, refund eligibility, and refund timelines shall be final and binding.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and governed by the laws of India.
